Is my posi shot? Ok, so yesterday I was out with some friends. 3 of them to be exact so thats about 750lbs in the car. on of them had the bright idea to convince me to do a burnout. what ensued wasn't a burnout but some nasty wheelhop. we went and saw a movie, in the parking lot I pulled a couple doughnuts. after the movie we decided to do anothwer burnout in front of these stupid ricer kids. after pulling my 300 ft burnout I noticed that there was only one patch on the drivers side and no marks on the passenger side. 
Now my ABS INOP light and TCS off light are both on and I can't shut them off. do I need a new posi now?

I'm going to say yes, you screwed something up pretty badly in there. When my zexel was going out (was making a clanking sound while coasting) I could still lay down double tread. I'm pretty sure that the wheel hop that you experienced must have damaged something, because wheel hop is the number one killer of rears. In the future, if you start to experience any wheel hop, you want to stop haha. Anyone else got any info for this guy?

yeah the wheelhop only lasted for about 5 seconds. One question, i know my car hjas a 2 series carrier, if i get a diff and gears from a 3 serries carrier can I just swap them into the housing?
