Need Help ASAP I took my car out to the track Friday night with the new exhaust and headers to see what she would do. I made about 10 runs and went home. Now my rearend is popping when I get on it hard going around a turn and it really pops when I stomp it from a dead stop 
. Is the whole rearend going out or just the limited slip or something? The bad thing is I have to drive this car 500 miles back to North Carolina Wednesday, will it be ok to drive?

hey i hade the same problem with mine, it was the limited slip, i didnt drive mine, after i noticed it though i had it towed to be safe, um try turning your traction controll off if you have it it helped mine a little, hope it helps
I had the exact same problem on my 98 formula. I drove that car for a good 1000 miles once it started. But mine only "popped" around sharp cornering, and under hard acceleration. Other than that you couldnt tell there was a problem. Let me know how it turns out for you brother.
i just bought mine, when i launch it from a stop or a slow roll it makes a popping noise. i think its the same for you. according to my dad its the posi kicking in stoping it from spinning the wheels. i dont know if its a bad thing. i hope its not.
