Front spring removal question
if you have spring compressors and the strut nuts are not rusted it will be no biggie.. if they are then it is a pain. also make sure to have the nuts replaced if they are rusted.

Yes I did it is very helpful. David did you rent those spring compressors or borrow them from someone? I figure if I have to rent them it may be easier to bring them to a place that has the correct tools. I know that Trak auto used to loan out tools but they recently have gone out of business.
<strong>Yeah gotta be careful about the nuts on top of the strut. Mine were rusted and werent coming off AT ALL. All the WD40 and penetrating spray we could put on em they would not come off. </strong><hr></blockquote>
Same thing happened to me when I put on my Hals. What a PIA. Besides that it was pretty easy though. The local "good" alignment shop quoted my $40 per side so I said screw that...
