Default 9" center section torque?

Does anyone have any idea how much torque is needed to hold the center section in a Moser housing? Does 30-35 lbs seem correct. Also should I use a gasket or just RTV?

Use a gasket & RTV, I didn't use a torque wrench when reassembling mine, 30-35 sounds about where I went.
