Default Driveshaft balance?

Hey I just finished tranny swap, and not sure if driveshaft is exactly how it was taken out. I read something somewhere about balancing? Does it really matter how I put driveshaft back in? Any info is appreciated. Thank you.

As long as the DS itself is properly balanced, than the DS itself should not introduce any vibration.

ok, thank you. That's what I was looking for. So doesn't really matter exactly which way DS is placed in right, I could (Theoretically) place it upside down, a full 360 degrees diff. and would work fine?

Absolutely. FWIW torque on the U bolts should be 17 lbs.
