Default What is the stock pinion angle?

I have searched and searched. Does anyone know what the stock height stock ta pinion angle is?

If you could take a straight parallel line from the tailshaft to the pinion, then the closer to zero degrees from that line, the better obviously.

I went out and looked at mine (02 Camaro) and it looks like the front of the pinion is slightly lower than parallel. That would mean the tailshaft is slightly lower than the pinion and that's exactly what it looks like.

I looked in the manual but if you are using stock parts the angle is locked in so it says nada about it. Sorry.

I would think that companies that make 3 and 4-link suspensions would probably know the answer.

Exactly. You never want a zero degree pinion angle, wears out the Universal joint.
