Re: 4.10's are they worth it??? A question I had to add to this....What rpm is everyone going through the lights at with an M6? Im with Redbandit..Id like to throw in some 4.10s but im thinkin nitrous is in my future. From what ive heard 3.73 is a better gear for nitrous. TIA

Re: 4.10's are they worth it??? I needed 5th in the 1/4 when i had only bolt-ons. Now that i've got heads and cam, I haven't been to the track yet, but i'm sure i'll be well into 5th gear. When i get more money, I'll lose the 4.10s or switch to a taller tire.
Re: 4.10's are they worth it??? Depends on your tire size at the track and your rev limit. I use a 28" tire and have the rev limit at 7000. No problem running 130mph through the traps. This may not be practical with stock valve train and stock tire height (26").
