DAMN SQUEAK!!!! OK, i've got a squeek that is driving me insane! It sounds like it is coming from the left rear, but I can't say for sure. I've tried tightening my LCA bolts, I tried putting more grease into the fittings on the LCA's, I tried greasing the boots of the springs, and I tried tightening the Panhard bar bolts. It's still there!! This squeak started after me and a friend changed my old Eibach's back to 1LE springs. Any ideas on what to try?
Re: DAMN SQUEAK!!!! Man, you are describing the EXACT same thing that happened in my car!! It started after I lowered mine w/ LG Motorsports springs and added the Adj P-rod. About 2 days later I developed a constant, SUPER F*CKING ANNOYING squeek.
Like you, I've tightened and greased everything in the rear. Nothing helps. If anyone has any ideas I would DEFINITELY appreciate it.

Re: DAMN SQUEAK!!!! Guys does it sound like a cricket?? If it does then we all got the same sound. I think its from the hatch area. Just had my Bmr boxed sfc's installed and car is super quiet except for that damn sqeeking sound!!! arrrrr!! <img src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" border="0" alt="[guns]" />
Re: DAMN SQUEAK!!!! In my case the "squeek" sound from my rear turned out to be a bad shock bushing. An upper shock bushing on the drivers side rear had split apart. New bushing no more squeek. The sound was moost pronounced when I went over any bump, especially a speed bump. I had taken it to the dealer and they did the usual front and rear sway bar bushing tape and greasing to no avail. I finally had to get under there and push and pull on all the suspension pieces until I located the source. Good luck

Re: DAMN SQUEAK!!!! I'd bet you $$$$$ that it's your rear sway bar bushing. Just unbolt the u-bracket from the bushing and grease it inside and out and put them back together. It's very common and a very easy fix. Good luck.

TXCAMSS - I'll take a look at that swaybar bushing and I'll grease it up.
