What did I break...
What did I break... I was driving on the street last night with a friend when I broke something in my 10-bolt. I nailed it in first, and when I yanked a stiff second, a bomb went off under the car. As the car rolls, you can hear a really loud clanking sound on every revolution now. The car will drive, but its VERY painful to listen/feel when doing it. I'm afraid if I drive the car I'll screw up something else.

Its an M6, and it makes the noise regardless of whether the clutch is in or out.
Update: I tried to move her today, got a few hundred feet and now it refuses to go into any gear. The shifter bucks and kicks out. So I need to find out where this clanking noise is really coming from, now I'm thinking its a trans issue. Any more thoughts?
