Either one will be ok, I would just get the least expensive one if your just going to use it once of twice.

DO NOT get that piece of **** indicator base with the spring adjuster in the middle of the rod. Very hard to get that thing to hold still and get a solid zero reading.

Of course, maybe it's just the indicator I am using (Mitutoyo digital that reads to .0001) but with that spring thingy it always bounces between .0000 and .0005. I just hate not being dead nuts
