Well, about a month ago I replaced my rear wheel bearings with axle saver bearings that move the contact to further outside the axle. This fixed everything for a while, but now with almost 2500 miles since then, the whomp whomp whomp noise came back. Has anyone seen wheelbearings go bad or pit the axles in this short a time? The car did see two 600 mile (round trip) road trips. These are not the sealed axle saver bearings, theyre open to use the rear diff fluid.
Anyway, I havnt popped her back open yet, but who sells stock axle replacement kits? Summit sells superior axle kits but theyre listed as 93-96, and my car is an 02. I am wondering if theyre only listed to 96 because they dont have 4ch abs/tcs reluctors. Since I have a 3ch car maybe they will work?
Thanks,
-Tony

Both the Superiors and Mosers will work. I ordered both to do a comparison and the Mosers where a much nicer quality and 3lbs lighter. I'll sell you a pair of stockers with 15,000 miles for a decent price if you want.
