Whose ring and pinion?

Whose ring and pinion? I have a Strange 9" center section that is a POS and caused me nothing but grief. It's only got a few thousand miles on it and something is binding in it so it's gonna have to be torn apart again. This is after Strange just rebuilt it under warranty. People bitch about Moser QC, well Strange are some of the biggest ******** on earth when it comes to QC and customer service. The only way I got them to rebuild it the first time was by threatening them with the Consumer Products Safety Comission, and I most likely follow up on that threat. If you want some good advice DO NOT do any business with Strange Engineering. Their products are garbage!!!!!
Anyway that off my chest I need reccomendations on what brand of ring and pinion to use. I want something that will be relatively quiet but still hold up. I think Richmond is out, too noisy. Maybe Motive? Any help would be appreciated.

You gotta be kidding me! Strange Eng. set it up and you are having problems with it? Find the right guy to set ti up right and you will be very happy with the results. Got any pics of the gears and maybe a contact pattern pic would be nice.

I haven't pulled it out again yet, but I have changed the oil twice , lots of filings , however nothing like the filings I got before the first Strange rebuild.
What gears would you suggest, strong but quiet, if there is such a thing.

How did you finally get everything resolved, and what brand gears did you use? I hope Moser was more help than Strange has been. Until this situation arose it was my feeling that Strange put together a good unit, after this experience I wouldn't trust them to put together a Tinker Toy set. ******** of the earth. When the federal government inquires into their product safety I will have the last laugh.
