You need the gears, fluid, etc. I would suggest a ratech shim kit also be used on the install. I have seen install prices anywhere from 200-550 dollars. I would suggest finding a mechanic who has done 4th gen f-bodies before and you have seen his work (and it doesn't whine).
You will need re-calibration for the new gear ratio - though there are boxes that will do this (splice inline) I would suggest finding a tuner who can re-program your pcem (re-scale the shift points, etc.)
