Is this a fare price Went to a local shop to see about getting my rearend fixed. All the barrings and gears are trashed. They are going to charge me 350 for parts and labor to install the gears,clean out the whole rearend and put all new barings and seals in.I was expecting alot worse.

Yes it is a good deal because I am currently doing mine my self and it is costing me about 500.00. I didn't need gears but I had to buy 2 axles which were 330.00. So if you think about it for gears about 200.00 so if you take away the 130.00 more I spent on the axles from the five hundred ($370.00) you are gettinmg a good price!

Bearing kit = $95.00, Labor = $255.00. Getting it in the ars by a repair shop = priceless! You just proved the last part of that in that you supplied the gears.
