setting torque arm?

setting torque arm? I was wondering what you all recommend I set my BMR torque arm at? I have the Eibach Pro-Kit on my car. I have a driveline vibration and I want to see if this helps to correct the problem.

I had the arm set and I am still getting a bad shutter through the driveline at around 40-45 mph. I occurs mostly when I am coasting. It has been occuring ever since I swapped out converters in January. I installed a TP4400 and noticed it and about a week later installed a Vig3200 and it is still there.
Any suggestions?
