Do u think your gonna be able to 'notice' a difference 'RPM wise' driving around town? Will it feel THAT much more loose?
I have the TCOM system, so I will set the converter to be locked most of the time.

What do you mean by most of the time, if it is more than in 3rd and 4th it will wear the TC way sooner than needed. Locking in 4th over 45-50 is a good idea and will drive stock until you lay into it.
But locking it in the lower gears is not good, and especially at WOT.
Just wondering.
RE: the new motor, I'm not sure yet. Trying to run 10s on the stock shortblock is kinda fun for now.
