If i order the 9" from Moser with everything but the 3rd Member, can i still retain FULL function of the 4 channel ABS system? Does the chunk have anything to do with the ABS system? In other words, will i be okay if i order the stuff from Moser with the exciter rings, and then go out and buy any old 31 spline 3rd member?

The 4 channel has reluctors at the wheels and the three channnel at the center section.
