need moser 12 bolt help ASAP!!
need moser 12 bolt help ASAP!! i ordered the 1310 yoke to keep from having to replace the u-joint. but i cant get the driveshaft to bolt up to the rearend. the 2 U-joint caps are to big for the yoke on the rear?? wtf??
am i missing something here or did moser send me a 1350 yoke or what?

Re: need moser 12 bolt help ASAP!! its a really easy install. would have been easier, but i thought that if i got the 1310 yoke i wouldnt need a new u joint. o well. as long as you plan ahead and have the muffler clamps vent hose and what not you shouldnt have any problems. i have never worked on a rearned or brakes before and with help from a bud it was easy. ah theres a tip have a buddy <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Re: need moser 12 bolt help ASAP!! Well the U-joint caps are too big? hmmm seems like if you had the 1350 instead it would be the other way around. Sorry man i can help you just making a comment.

Re: need moser 12 bolt help ASAP!! you need a conversion joint to adapt the factory driveshaft(10 bolt) to the 1310 yoke(12 bolt) not a big deal really. word to the wise check the length of the driveshaft now make sure there is enough room on the trans end that the shaft doesn't bottom into the trans
