Too Much Torque!!!! Well, I was working on my car and putting back the strut stabilizer of my lakewood lift arms back on, and I found something.

Well, I guess I have too much torque!! Or just really really bad luck. I was wondering what that rattling sound was coming from my rear
Anyway, does anyone know where I can get a replacement bracket? I'll try and call Thunder Racing or where I ordered it from, and also see if I can contact lakewood. Hey, maybe they are under warranty <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Re: Too Much Torque!!!! The lakewood lift bars break ****. Plain and simple. People found this out a couple years ago. Get rid of them before it happens again <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

Re: Too Much Torque!!!! The Lakewood Lift Bars are snake oil and don't do squat for traction. I can't get to the pics you posted but I know where they snap, and it was very common for them to do that. Only thing these things are good for is a lot of binding.
Use the LCA's and get rid of the rest.
