HELP ASAP...WTF is wrong here...?

HELP ASAP...WTF is wrong here...? I'm in the middle of installing a Moser 12-bolt in my '98 T/A and I'm almost done except the driveshaft wont bolt back up to the Moser yoke...its too small...? 
I've included pics, but I just wanna know what to do now...? do I swap yokes with my stock 10 bolt or buy a differant U-joint...this sucks, I wanted to drive it tomorrow!

ok, went and picked up the #447...still too big
did some more diggin and came up with this VERY OLD post from nine ball...now I'm off to get a #372...and if that doesnt work then a #348
