Popping out of gear.

This is my first manual so I'm totally new to clutches.

Car has 37K miles, all stock. I'm experiencing an occasional grind when shifting into 3rd and 5th. Also, lately it feels like it wants to pop out of gear and actually has once or twice when its in 1st or 3rd.

Is it time for a clutch? If so, what is everything that I'd need to change? I'm also thinking of going with the RAM setup.

Thanks, I have a buttload of warranty left on the car so I'll drop it off at the dealer this week.
