What drive shaft is the best and how long does it need to be?

I hear Denny's makes a great driveshaft, but I think you will have to measure to see how long you will need, and he will send you a custom length one

Dennys is definately good. im ordering a Nitrous Ready DS for when i spray in the summer! theres a chart on their site, look at it for your applicatio. then measure accordingly.
