specs for gear swap I will be having my gears changed soon and wondering what specs should they be installed at...backlash, pinion depth, etc??
I believe my current 4.10's have way too much backlash, as I have quite a bit of drivetrain play that was noticeable RIGHT AWAY after the 4.10's were installed. With my original 3.42's, my drivetrain was a lot tighter, but they did make more noise than my 4.10's do.
what are the effects of too much backlash??
