I need to find out too and instead of getting a real answer they just tell me to take it somewhere to get it done. Gears aren't something you want to mess up, they need to be spot on or it will whine and break sooner or later. The tolerances are very tight. TTT for some answers hehe. hopefully I can find someone to help me install them and teach me along the way.
Are there any good books or manuals for this?
