I give up I installed my Moser 12-bolt, Dennys Nitro DS, and BMR LCA's about 3K miles ago. For the past 1.5K miles there has been a "chunking" noise whenever i'm turning sharp on uneven pavement. Happens every time I pull into my driveway. Not to mention the car just doesn't seem to handle right. Yesteday I checked the torque on all the bolts, they are all tight. I also changed the diff fluid (yes I used posi additive).
I might take it to the dealership and see what they say. Even though its aftermarket stuff, they might be able to figure it out. If that fails I might have to make a trip to my nearest LS1 Speed Shop (LS1 Speed prolly). If anyone else has this problem or knows what i'm talking about, please post.

Re: I give up Hey Alex, I know you've prolly heard this before but lat time I changed gears I put in this aftermarket posi additve that claims to be as good as GM. Mine clunked like crazy.
Tore my hair out for weeks...even reset my gears to a looser backlash lettin more fluid in...did'nt help.
Decided to take it apart one more time. Store was out of the additive so I had to go to GM. Not a single noise...cept tires fryin <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />
