3rd gen rear in 4th hello fellow members,i love the deep dish look of pro stars and know that it is recomended that for a 15x10 rim you should go with a 7.5 back spacing.now i like a 6.5bs or 5.5bs and i have heard that a 3rd gen rear will match up except for the abs system.this will make it shorter on both sides to run a deep dish rim.is it easier to swap out a 3rd gen rear or cut and weld my current rear.also if i cut and weld rear spline will it hold up or is there a shorter spline i can buy.any pictures or info whould be great.theres a pic of a ta on the weld photo listing that goes by mike,thats the look i like.anyone knows how he did it or bs please let me know.thank you all JOHN 14:6

I'm also wondering because I have a Strange 12 bolt I got for my 3rd gen project that's never been used. It doesn't have the ABS stuff...but it's got provisions for it. Since I'm getting rid of the 3rd Gen, I'd like to put the rear in my 02 WS6.
