Default Rear-End question, (technical) please help.......

I have a bone stock 1998 WS6 T/A A4. I'm getting a Strange rear-end installed. I'm going to kep the TCS operational, I need to know:

Do I have the electrical connectors at both wheels or do I have them at the rear axle center area. Or could it be both. Basically, I need to know if there is one connector on top of the center of the rear end, or one each (connector) at the wheel area on the backside of the backing plate, or a combination of all three.

Thanks

You have one on each end. I believe the LT1 cars have the one on the pumpkin.

If you have TCS you will have 4 channels...so one connection at the end of each axle....for a quick check just look at the rear diff for a wire...3channel (wire going into the topof the diff) is for nontcs.

Easiest way is to look under the car and see if wires are running to each wheel.
