High RPM Shifting Problems.
Hey guys. I just have a problem and don't know if its just my car, or all LS1 cars. Anyways, when I race or am hammering it, when I try and shift gears above ~5000RPM's its hard and you have to JAM it in there. Its really bad, and when I race it seems like I fall back when shifting due to it. Do you guys know what Im talking about, or know how to fix it? Thanks a lot.

Re: High RPM Shifting Problems.
Do you still have the stock clutch? If so, more than likely what's happening is your clutch isn't disengaging all the way. That's been a problem on all M6 f-bodies, since 98'. It's the hydraulics. The best cure for it is to either do the drill mod to your stock master cylinder, update your slave cylinder, or buy and adj. master cylinder. An updated slave with and adj. master would make a world of difference, it did for me! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
