Axle end play?
Tom's Differential over in Paramount had/has a good selection of c-clips. It would be a good idea to figure out what the thickness' of the clips you have and make a phone call to find out whether or not they have something that would 'fill the gap' for you.
Other than that, its gonna be shimming the side gears or replacing the entire unit.... which doesnt mean that you end-play issue will og away with that either.
Well, its lookin like a new unit might be the answer here. I am not a big fan of Auburns and this is one of the reasons why. It wouldnt be so bad if they were "end user rebuildable"..... but, they are not (well they are, but you have to be an "Authorized Auburn Repair Facility".)
The good news is....... you pretty much qualify for the "D-REX" program.... if you meet the requirements, that is.
