Are 3:73s woth doing I have a 2000 A4 WS6 and was wanting to swap the gears to 3:73s. I just called a local shop and they said $250 for the swap. Thats seems a little high but the shop has a good reputation. My main concern with the gears is would they make my trap speed go up and my 60ft times down. i will defintaly be getting a Torque converter(prob around a 3500 stall) in a month or so and il probably have them both done at about the same time if I go with the 3:73s.

$250 is a good price....I paid $400 for my install 
I've got 3.73's in my car, and I really like them. It took me a little while to get used to them after having 2.73's, but they're one of my favorite mods now.
