transmission trouble

transmission trouble when im driving in OD above like 60 and let off the gas to coast... it feels like the car is surging / pulsing. like when you drive along and just tap the gas a bit so it speeds up and then uoi let off right away.
its bad enough to feel through out my body but the car shift ok while im on the gas
another problem..at WOT the 1-2 shift seems like it starts at 5600 rpm and finally finishes the shift about 6000 rpm..its very slow..like it just lags and then finally shift.. i ahev tried to install a corvette servo to ease the 1-2 problem but my stock servo seems to be the problem as it wont come out unless you drop the entire transmission
hmm i dont know what to do..and i dont know how to tell the dealer whats wrong so they will fix it..
BTW car has 16000 miles on it and new fluid and filter
