motive gears?? hi all....though ive always came to this site
for few years now and reading posts,
i have registered and wanted to post something
of my own now.
well, my question is:
is there a difference between the
standard motive gear and motive
gear performance?
i have a '01 WS6 M6 and will
soon replace the stock gears to
4.10 (cant wait...)
i want the set that is more quieter,
but different people told me different
things.

The motive factory in the US (not italy) Made the Genuine GM gears.
I got my 4.10 Motive gears in yesterday. Me and a buddy are installing them tomorrow afternoon. They say "Made in Italy" on the box. I don't know if that's good or bad, time will tell....
