Popping out of third

i do not know what have of that means but thank you.</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">The synchronizers on 3rd gear. GM has acknowledged a problem with the 6 speed trannies and is replacing the 3rd gear synch's and the shift forks.
Take your car to the dealer and let them either replace your tranny, or replace the 3rd and 4th shift forks, synch's and blocking rings.
Go to All Data.com and print off the TSB # (technical service bulletin) this way the dealer knows you know......it's been recalled!
Maybe you messed it up mashing it into 3rd? Usually when a clutch does not dis-engage it blocks you from putting it into gear? This happended to me on the track so I know my clutch is on the way out.
