Diagnostic Codes????

Diagnostic Codes???? I brought my camaro into the dealer for replacement of the clutch pedal assembly (since my clutch spring broke for the third time!)
After i get the car back it felt kinda funny which i couldnt explain. So i brought it in again the next day and they told me they found these codes in the powertrain control module.
P-463, P-601, P-704
they said that they reprogram and update new calibration #9358927
Can anyone shed some light on this? The service manager just said that they fixed it and i shouldnt have any problems but dont want to go into details.
