12-bolt dripping some fluid.... I had a Moser 12-bolt installed about 3 months ago...and its been really good, but now its starting to drip fluid every once and a while...
I tightened up the breather hole and it still leaks, but I can't really see where its leaking from and it doesn't seem to be coming from the gasket...any ideas?

When they installed the rear end, they probably overtightened it. Or it could be a gasket leak.. thats pretty much all there is.. Id take it back to the shop that installed it, and see what they have to say.

Re: 12-bolt dripping some fluid.... From what Ive heard its common for some of the mosers to leak around the seal. I have a few local guys who are having the same problem and it turned out to be the seal leaking from overtightened bolts. Supposed to be pretty easy to fix, but shouldnt have happened in the first place. Im still getting a moser in the next month or so.
