MAJOR TRANNY PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP!!!1

MAJOR TRANNY PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP!!!1 Ok car has 46K on it M6.,
Was crusing along in forth, came up to a light, and the cars started moving just as I got there. so I go to downshift into first.
NADA.
Wouldnt go up there, like there was something blocking it.
Try second, same thing.
Thrid, same
I start to panic go all the way to fifth, it goes in. I slip the clutch like heck to get it rolling I get it to a safe place.
Along the way to park it I got it in second at one point, and forth, but no 1/3.
I park it and now All I can get it in is 4.
The shifter is after market (Hurst Billet plus). And the way the tranny feels when I try to shift it is as if the CAGS is on I can only get in forth. I hope to god the Sylenoid faied that would be easy, or maybe the shifting forks came off or something. What do you guys think I should do? I thought about resetting the PCM ( The only way I know to do that is to unplug the batery for more that 30 minutes) how would I do that and would that cause the sylenoid to dissengage?
I think it is something simple because the tranny hasnt manifested any significant problems before this.
