Vibration...U-Joints?

Vibration...U-Joints? I just had my clutch, flexplate, flywheel, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, slave, master, and transmount all replaced. Because I noticed a vibration when I would start out from a dead stop...(the clutch was getting old, didn't replace it just because of that) But I thought it would fix the problem I had...but it didn't....Could it be my u-joints they have 98k on them...

What kind of clutch did you install?
What clutch did you have before?
Worn U-Joints will usually give you a noticable vibration at speeds rather than from a dead stop.....

I drove stop and go alot today...and it didn't do it once...the clutch has about 1k miles on it... I think it was just my style of driving maybe? I tend to want to pump the gas up a hill...I need to stop doing that...bad habit when my clutch was going...

Only one way to find out, jack up the back end and inspect it. Check to see if there is any play in the u-joint or if it makes any noises, you should be able to tell if its bad pretty easily. And its not too hard to just pull the ds off.
