Your opinion please// I desperately want to put 4.10's in my M6 Z28 and i want to know if ya'll think it is a good idea for me to put them and a TA girdle on the car if i only plan on driving it on the street for now. Some time next year i plan on a 9" since I will then be going to the track but for now I just want that SOTP rush from 4.10's.
My only mods are XS LT's/xpipe/bullets and 17X11/9.5 ZR1's with 315's on em but not DR's just Sumitomos. (Not actually on the car yet, but sitting waiting to be put on at the same time, will be in before the gears)
I know that the 10 bolt is prone to breaking, but if I'm just doing the occasional street race and no 6K clutch drops do you think I would be okay with just the girdle. Obviously there are no certainties but your opinion would be appreciated.
Also how much does that TA girdle actually help?
