Default Is the dealer trying to screw me? Please Help!!!!!

I have a M6. My car was in accident thanks to a former friend. I had to have the yoke, ujoint, bearing and rear transmission seal (drive shaft seal replaced). I took it to a local transmission shop to get it fixed. They fixed it but when I got it back the clutch would not engage sometimes, even when I pushed it to the floor. It was really hard to shift in a out of each gear and it seems to be getting worse. It is also constantly grinding gears. I thought it was air in clutch line so I took it back to the shop and they said that you have to take it apart to bleed the clutch. They said there was no valve, what!!!!!!!! I know this is not true and decided they should not work on my car anymore. I then tried to bleed it my self. I know where it is and and I know it is a 7/16 size bolt. After 3 hours I gave up. I took it to the dealer today and they told me I needed a new master cylinder and slave cylinder. They said they tried to bleed the clutch and their was no pressure, so I need a new master cylinder and slave cylinder. for $1,000. Is this correct? I am going to take it back to the transmission shop and show them where the vlave is if I can. I can't see it and I was going by feel. Hopefully the dealer is full of **** and I only need to bleed it. A few people I have been talking to said they probably did not even bleed it. They just drove it around and made a guess. Well the insurance adjuster will not pay for the damage unless there is proof that it was from the accident. The only way to do this is to completely take it apart. The dealer is going to charge me $80 an hour and it will take 7 so they say, just to determine whwt caused this. Even then I was told it probably won't tell them why and I will end up paying for it. It was perfect before the transmission shop touched it and now it sucks. They guy at the trnasmission shop thinks the dealer is lying and says it possible they got air into the system, because they had to take out the slave cylinder to fix the problem. I don't know a whole lot about transmissins but I saw the pressure plate on the ground and I was looking at the flywheel when it was on the lift. Based on what I saw would they have removed the slave cylinder? I don't know who to trust. Can anyone help or give a reccomendation? Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance. Chris
