Quick question, my buddy is planning to by my 10bolt. And i wanna know if it'll fit his 70firebird?

depends on the width of the car and the rear end.

The 2nd gen F Body's had leaf springs, and the 3rd and 4th gens use coil springs, so no, it is not a direct bolt in. Bob

also the 1970 model has a better rear end 8.5'' corporate
superior in strength compared to a 7.5''

Lucky for your buddy they don't quite fit. His car deserves more than a 7.5" 10-bolt! I WISH the 8.5" 10-bolt would fit into our 4th-gens ... we've got one laying around that would be in my car in a heart-beat!
