Question for ALL LS1 owners I just bought a 2000 Z28 a month ago and was looking under the car today and I see that my entire rear axle, drive-shaft, and the girdle on the rear are rusted pretty bad!?
Does anyone else have a Ls1 that there rear is rusted, is this normal <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> ??? Please reply ASAP.
(I have a dakota truck and a few other cars and none are rusted)

Re: Question for ALL LS1 owners Normal to rust (typical GM). Mine is rusted and I live in New Mexico. Humidity never gets above 40% and it has not rained in two years. I would hate to see what one looked like from up north or florida.
