Default What is a good rear end?

What is a good rear end for a 1997 F-body with 17 TT2's with 275 et streets? What is also a good gear ratio? Going with a 396 stroker, and 300 shot..

if its M6 -a ford 9" gear ratio either 3.89 or 4.11

if its A4 -a 12 bolt gear ratio 3.73 or 4.10

So, going with a moser 12 bolt would not be a good idea then- for what i am doing?..

well you will have a big power shot from that 300 spray, so if you go with a 9", you wont have to worry about anything breaking.

a 12 bolt is usually for an A4 , you could use it for an M6, but it may start to howl after the strip.
