Speedo way off
My car came from factory with 2.73s and the previous owner put 3.23s in it, but the odometer reads LESS than it should as well as the speedometer.
The speedo gets more and more incorrect the faster I go, from what Ive seen, I think when my speedo shows 60, Im really closer to 80. this can't be from the gears can it? the gears would make it go opposite right? It must be programed to have 4.11s or something right?
How can I fix this?
from what Ive read Ill need HPP3 or something like that, if I am correct, i would just have to program the correct gears and tire size?
If when I do this will it mess with the shift points in the tranny?

But yea, you answered your own question, its not hard to do and no it wont mess with your shift points
Speedometer __Actual speed (measured with GPS phone)
25 __________________30
35 __________________45
55 __________________70
~62 __________________80
So it gets worse the faster I go, is this from the gears?
Oh, and also, the gear chart is off @ 70 (with 3.23s) it says i should be turning 2000rpms, But I turn closer to 2200-2250
And yes, looking at the chart it looks like the computer thinks I have 4.11s
