9 " OR 12 BOLT ???? PLEASE HELP??
A 12 bolt will generally be more expensive, but you can retain your ABS and TCS, as well as have what I call a more "streetable" rearend. I had a 9" and had leaking problems (pinion seals never seal ), and a vibration at ~3000-4000 rpm, I assumed it was because the pinion is in a different location on a 9", but not sure.
FYI: A 9" will be stronger and parts are generally cheaper, I will most likely go with a 12 bolt next time, FWIW.
