Maybee low fluid was my problem.

Maybee low fluid was my problem. Continuation of my previous post...
Alright I just got done doing the logging. Autotap doesn't work to good on my laptop so I have to view everything in .csv. but anyway I have 2 logs 1 with a good shift and one with a bad shift. I don't have anywhere to put the files up for downloading but I can e-mail them to anyone who wants to look at them. I looked at them and the timing seems to be fine but I'm no expert. Now on to the important thing. After ragging on the car for a while I stoped and checked the tranny fluid and it was a bit low. There are 2 marks on the stick one for warm and one for hot. The fluid was in the warm area. So now how much am I low and would that be the cause of my bad shifts.

Re: Maybee low fluid was my problem. I put in A half Qt and it helped a bit but It was still doing it. I checked the level this morning and I'm still low so It looks like a full Qt to 1 and 1/4 Qt low. I guess this really answers my question. Do you think I hurt anything by running a Qt low from the day I got the car.
Re: Maybee low fluid was my problem. FLP is a sponsor of this board. Why don't you make a post paging them. Unless they don't want to help you they should answer. According to some people on here these guys know everything about transmissions.
I wish there was a transmission builder hanging around here. I have so many questions.

Re: Maybee low fluid was my problem. Well this happened a few times before the modifications but I's way more prevelent now. My mods are a tr224 and stage2 heads with tuning which got rid of torque management and boosted the line pressure. I havent touched the tranny with a stall or shift kit or anything. The sympton is after the 1-2 shift and the 2-3 shift it stays at 4000 rpm for 5 seconds then revs like normal. I have full fluid now and the tranny temps average 216 but have spiked to 220 a few times. I have atap logs of rpm,current gear,timing,throttle position, of a good shift and a bad one if someone wants to look at them.
