Axle Radial Runout

Axle Radial Runout Anyone know what the max radial runout on an axle shaft is ? I've got a new rear axle and I'm getting a vibration that increases with MPH. I've measured .018 runout on the hub where the wheel is centered. I also mounted the rim and measured .019 runout.
I've searched for over for 2 hours but can't seem to find a number.
Anyone have an idea what is acceptable?

The turned diameter that centers the wheel is off(up & down) from the center line of the axle. The axle studs seem to be off by .008, as well as the OD of the mounting flange.
The flange doesn't seem to be off side to side. Looks like time to send em back.
