Vibration help!
I have Eibach Prokit, Bilstien Re-valved shox, ADJ PHB, ADJ TA w/ poly mount, Hotchkis LCA's, BMR LCA RLB's, Energy Susp Trans mount,
I had my wheels re-balanced three times. So that can't be the issue. I re-adjusted my PHB, the VIB stopped for a little while. THen it came back. I knocked my LCA's down to the bottom hole on the LCA RLB's. THe Vib Stopped.... then it came back..
Is the DS Pinion angle effected by Lowering springs? -I wouldn't think so.= TA... (set to -2*) I noticed that the rear was at a bit more of an angle w/ the LCA's in the stock hole. I am going to try to re-adjust or check my Pinion angle again this week. I can feel it 'lugging' in 3rd at low RPM's. 1500rpm at part throttle, doing about 30mph.
U-Joints? Bent DS?
That would be my first bet. I know my pinon angle was way off after I lowered my car, so I had to get some LCA brackets to get correct geometry, and adjust the TQ Arm to get the proper angle.
Thanx bud. I work 2nd shift so I MAY be able to go in early this week to do some DS maintenance. I HOPE. This VIB is really getting old AND frusterating. I just hope I don't wear something out. It doesn't do it over 70mph. I've taken a couple LONG cruises w/ it. (360 mi) I should really do this ASAP if it's a DS pinion angle problem.
