12 bolt and driveshaft ?? help needed
12 bolt and driveshaft ?? help needed i recently blew up my 10 bolt (imagine that) I'm going the right way and buying a moser 12 bolt. Do i need to do anything to the driveshaft to make the rear end fit? Ie, shorten? buy a new one??

.....Also is it worth going with 33 spline axles and a 1350 yoke for $2400 vs. the basic package for like 2025$$$
My car will most likely never make over 450 whp and is never going to be a weekend racer, maybe just a few times a year. But would love to launch it on slicks!

When I replaced my 10 bolt with my Moser, the stock driveshaft fit fine with no problems. I also went with the 33 spline axles and 1350 u-joint. I would say do it if you are putting a sticky tire on.

If using the factory driveshaft, a Napa pn# 240-0447 conversion u joint will be required.
