Shake, Rattle, and Roll I just installed a new clutch assem, adj master, and a new slave. When I take off in 1st gear it feels like the cars' gonna come apart. If I take off above 2000rpm, it rolls out ok. But anything below that, feels like you're about to die! When I shift into 2nd gear it rattles a little bit. Not as much as in 1st. Then 3-6th gears is ok, but of course I'm above 2000rpm too.

Re: Shake, Rattle, and Roll Sounds like chatter to me. What brand of clutch is it. Give the clutch a little time to break in. Remember, You've gone from a slipping clutch to a brand new clutch with more aggressive friction material. It needs to mate to the flywheel and wear down a bit. Also, if it bothers you too much, don't slip the clutch so much when you start out. Be a little more aggressive with the gas and that will help.

Re: Shake, Rattle, and Roll amazza76, hey thanks for the reply. It's taking me a little getting use to, but I'm getting better at driving it. You're right I went from a slipping, having to push the clutch almost all the way to the floor to engage, to a clutch that has the engagement point all the way at the top. I'm just not use to taking off so aggresively yet. It gets easier as it warms up for some reason. But I kinda like the feel. No jacking around, it grabs and goes.
BTW, it's a SPEC Stage 3 Carbon unit, new adj master, and new slave.
