speedo troubles!

speedo troubles! I have an 01 ss, at 500 miles I had speedo & tach
cluster replaced, odometer broke! now when I jump
on it I get a hesitation with the speedometer
it moves every 5 mph if I am doin 60 and back off
the gas the needle stays pegged at 60 untill I
get to 50 or so! It only happens if I smoke the
tires real good and then it goes back to normal
in a few days! whats up with that? THANX!!
